            Cats are mammals. Mammals give birth to their young. There are over thirty different breeds of tame cats, with different body shapes and sizes. The big cats including lion and tiger, are the largest while the domestic cat or the house cat is one of the smallest.
            There are different types of cats. The Javanese or Oriental Longhair  cats have a long, silky coat, a long tail and slightly almond-shape eyes. These cats are also playful. Persian cats are the most popular of all cat breeds. The head is round, the nose is short, the eyes are large and round with weigh around seven to eleven pounds. A kitten is a baby cat. A female cat is a queen. It can give birth to many kittens at a time.
            People all over the world keep cats as pets because they are gentle and valued for human because they can be their companion at home. They are also good at keeping away the household pests because of their ability to hunt.

            A house is not only a shelter or a place to sleep in, but also as a place to raises families, to relax after a busy day at work or to entertain friends. Water supply, electricity and modern appliances make a home more pleasant and comfortable.
            Do you know that some people do not live in houses, apartments or flats? Some of them live in boats, caravans or tents. In some places, owning a house is very expensive so they decided to live in house-boats. They use them to go fishing in the morning and live in them at night. We can see this in Hong Kong due to lack of land space.
            People also live in caravans. It is a house on wheels which is towed by a car. Those who are live in caravans find it easy to move around. Some people in Middle Eastern and African countries choose to live in tents like nomads.
            Nowadays, a modern house offers all the comforts that one needs such as an air-conditioned rooms, security alarm, mini playground, a swimming pool and a home theatre system. People can enjoy while relaxing themselves at home.
